The Transformation 60 Program is an intense 60 day fat loss program that can be performed in person or online.
Both versions of the program consists of 4-5 days of combined group resistance and cardiovascular training sessions. The program also includes a strict cleansing nutrition program that focuses on whole food/non processed food consumption as well as an educational component on how to not only obtain but maintain a healthier strong body well after the program. Critically important accountability measures are also put in place throughout the program to ensure optimal success!

The Fit for Summer contest is a program that has had incredible success over the years in helping participants improve their health, get motivated, and look more fit for the summer.
The program uses a unique point system consisting of daily habit completion, weekly health challenges, and weekly physical activity to help participants reach a higher level of fitness and wellness without becoming boring and monotonous. The goal of each challenge and habit is not only to help improve each participant’s overall body but also to help begin healthy habit constructs that will lead to more long-term success.
Incredible sponsored prizes are given out throughout the program as well as a cash pot to the overall winners as extra motivation for participants to put their best foot forward! This program can also be done anywhere by anyone, no matter your current fitness level or location.

Anyone can benefit from personal training. I will ensure that you reach your goals in a safe and effective way. I specialize in senior and athlete training, fat loss and strength training goals as well as those that are just seeking a healthier lifestyle.
A quality personal trainer will assess and analyze a specific client’s body composition, health history, occupation, and goals and design a specific workout based on these factors. Then a trainer will ensure the workout is performed safely and effectively. A trainer will also provide guidance, motivation and accountability measures that are crucial to overall success. This is just a small synapse of what I provide to each and every client.
I hold a nationally recognized personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as well as a First Aid & CPR Certification. I also hold various additional certifications in Senior Fitness, various Group Fitness Modalities, and more.
After completing needed documents as well as participating in an initial introductory meeting and assessment a client will be brought through a proper warm-up routine to reduce the chance of injury and improve workout performance. Then a trainer will explain the workout ahead. Throughout the workout, the trainer will ensure proper form is being introduced and used. A trainer will also ensure the client is performing each exercise optimally to receive the desired training results. Water, rest and a proper cool down are also key components of a complete training session.
Results depend on a variety of factors such as adherence to a sound nutrition program, exercise consistency, and performance. I like to state that I provide the best road map for your success but it is up to you to follow it. The more you stay on the path the better the results!
Yes, I offer personal training of 2-3 people. However, each person in the group must be able to train at the same time/day on a weekly basis generally and share similar goals and physical ability.
