Individual Sessions
Each session focuses on goal setting and analysis of an individuals short term wellness goals with the objective of reaching sustain healthy habitsable
per 30 or 60 minute session
Vision Quest
The health coach will help you formulate your own personal health and wellness vision based on your identified values and needs. This health vision will be used to create a wellness statement and any useful tools such as vision boards, mantra’s etc... to help motivate and guide you toward various goal achievement and habit building.
Group/Corporate Coaching
Developed by the Dr. Sears Institute the following group session topics are presented at your choosing. This service is a great introductory to improving individual health within a group or company.

A health coach is your partner in your wellness journey, educating and motivating you to meet your wellness goals. Health coaches are leaders, problem solvers and encouraging individuals, with a keen interest in wellness and genuine concern for their clients’ wellbeing. A health coach seeks to effect long term change for a client by helping them build important health habits.
I am a Board Certified Health Coach through the National Board for Health Coaching (NBC-HWC). I am also a certified Master Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and a Certified Personal Trainer (American College of Sports Medicine), as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. I also hold a wide variety of fitness certifications such as TRX Instructor, Pilates, and Fitness Trampoline modalities to name a few.
I hold a master’s degree in Recreational Management & Administration which helped me to successfully own and operate an independent Health Club for over 10 years before transitioning to a private coaching practice.
With the guidance of the health coach, the client determines if coaching sessions are needed weekly, bi – weekly, monthly or a varying option.
